- Since our inception circa 2003, we have completed hundreds of projects in all types of architecture with budgets ranging from $1500 to $200 million dollars by our in-house and project specific consultant studio team.
- Our service package includes but not limited to Existing Condition Survey, Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bidding & Contractor Selection, and on the job site Design Intent Administration.
- The Staff of Aesthetic Effect, LLC have been vetted and are trained to deliver the project on time and budget, coordinate with Project Consultants, and troubleshoot construction issues should they arise.
- Our process is documented to ensure quality control and mark milestones in Project Development
